Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the return process.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within the specified return window from the date of delivery.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty or damaged.

Refunds
